"The TP52 Class Association was started in 2001 by owners who wanted to race a grand prix sailboat that was fun, safe and reliable. TP52’s are flat out racing platforms, even the minimal sink & head are constructed out of carbon fiber. TP52’s are fully crewed, high performance monohulls capable of racing in both buoy regattas and bluewater offshore races. The 2800 pound weight limit provides for approximately 14 crew members with the flexibility to bring along a guest or a sponsor in the back of the boat and out of harms way."
